A luxury theater planned for downtown Delray Beach rolls out its list of changes requested by the city commission.

Saturday morning during a meeting with members of the business community iPic presented 32 changes to their initial RFP proposal.

Changes include additional parking to their garage, 90 public parking spaces, the creation of larger alleys and new traffic mitigation plans.

Some say it’s not enough.

“We have traffic issues already. iPic has not been built, Atlantic Plaza, people have not moved into apartments and condominiums around here and I know people in other states and other cities that won’t even come over here now to go to dinner because traffic is such an issue,” Gayle Clark said.

iPic did not allow FOX 29 to record the meeting.

People in the room say after an hour, representatives for iPic stormed out of the room after being asked about their financials and admitting that they were no longer committed to moving their corporate offices to Delray Beach.

iPic Entertainment President and CEO Hamid Hashemi said in a statement, "We have been working on this project for years and are excited to be investing in Delray to bring hundreds of jobs and millions of dollars in taxes to Delray. We are however becoming exasperated by Commissioner Petrolia's continued attacks on this important initiative for this community. "
