Suspect in Boynton murder captured in Haiti

A second man wanted in connection with a home invasion and murder in Boynton Beach has been found by the US Marshals Service in Haiti and is now in the Palm Beach County Jail.

Marshals captured Caslyn Darinus December 12 along with the help of the Haitian National Police.

His arrest stems from the August 24 murder of Walson Alcide who was shot at a house in the 3200 block of North Seacrest Boulevard.

Boynton Beach police say he was extradited Friday.

Darinus faces charges of first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, home invasion robbery and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Another suspect, Junior Volcy, was previously charged in the case, Boynton Beach police say.
