Tony Nelson: PBSO searching for missing endangered Lake Worth man

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing endangered 60-year-old Lake Worth man. 

Officials say, Tony Nelson walked away from Crest Manor Assisted Living facility located in the 500 block of 3rd Ave South in Lake Worth. He was last seen Tuesday at 5:30 a.m. 


Mr. Nelson suffers from dementia. 

If anyone should come into contact with Tony Nelson they are urged to contact PBSO Dispatch at 688-3400 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
