JetBlue flight circles PBIA for about an hour before landing safely

There were tense moments Tuesday night on a flight that landed safely at Palm Beach International Airport.

Officials said the JetBlue flight, inbound from Boston with 156 people aboard, circled for about an hour before it finally landed safely at PBIA.

"Once we were landing, everyone was screaming 'brace, brace'" said passenger Rachel Brandis.

Pilots reported having landing gear problems.

“The woman next to me had kids. She was screaming to her kids, 'It's going to be OK. I love you,' and I was asking, ‘Is something going to happen?’ It was really scary,” said Brandis.

No injuries were reported.
