UPDATE: After 840 days Manny has finally found his forever home! Don't forget about Manny's friends though! There are so many dogs and cats that need a home at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League in West Palm Beach.
Meet our Peggy's Pick of the Week Manny. He's a 9-year-old male mixed breed who is up for adoption at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.
Here's a special message from Manny:
So bring me two pina coladaaaaas, one for each paw. Let’s set sail…oh, hey there! You caught me in the middle of daydreaming about relaxing poolside in my forever home. I’m Manny, they call me the Man of Leisure and I’ll say it’s pretty fitting. I'm the laid back kind of fella who enjoys a more relaxed life. Don't get me wrong, I do like my playtime still, especially when there are sticks involved. I love to play fetch, but only with big sticks - the bigger the better! Hey, so did you know that I can sit, shake hands and lay down on command? That’s right, I’m brainy too. What more could you ask for in a dog? So what do you say, would you give this good ol' boy a forever home where I can spend my golden years relaxing with my human companions?...Yes?! Great, two pina coladas please! Virgin of course :)
Peggy's Picks is sponsored by Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League in West Palm Beach and Community Animal Hospital in Royal Palm Beach.
