BOCA RATON, Fla. - A Boca Raton woman was arrested Tuesday after police say she tied a dog in wire, threw it into the water and walked away.

Witnesses told police that they quickly helped rescue the dog and called 911.

911 dispatchers cared for Jellybean, the dog, until Animal Care and Control arrived and retrieved the dog.

The dog's owner, Eva Klein, was arrested and has been charged with Felony Cruelty to Animals.
