1 Dead, 1 injured in West Palm Beach shooting

SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- West Palm Beach police are investigating an early morning shooting that left one man dead and another injured.

Shortly after 3 am, there was a verbal dispute between two men inside of Runway69 Cabaret at 736 Belvedere Road. Club security and management told police the two men exited and there was no fight in the club.

Several minutes later, officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Lake Avenue.

A man working at a bakery nearby says he heard at least six shots.

One victim was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Another victim was taken to Delray Medical Center. His is listed in stable condition.
