UPDATE: The 'Festivus' pole installed in Delray Beach has been stolen.

Chez Stevens installed the pole modeled off the Seinfeld Holiday on Monday. On Wednesday, the pole was vandalized.

Stevens wrapped the pole in an upside down American flag and topped it with a Donald Trump hat to symbolize his view that a Trump presidency puts the country in distress.

Stevens reported the pole missing to police.

The 'Festivus' pole in Delray Beach is now missing a hat and safety pin.

A Palm Beach County man, Chaz Stevens, installed the pole Monday. Stevens has gained approval the past three years to put up a 'Festivus' pole next to Delray Beach’s 100 feet Christmas Tree, nativity scene and menorah.

The 'Make America Great Again' hat, made famous by President-elect Donald Trump used to sit atop the pole and it had an oversized safety pin to symbolize unity with minorities.

Stevens is using the pole to make an anti-Trump statement. He has filed a complaint with the city and will replace the hat, he said.
