A teen has been airlifted to a hospital after being shot in what the Indian River County Sheriff's Office is calling a hunting accident.
The incident happened around 3 p.m. near 134th Court and 99th Street in Fellsmere.
The 15-year-old was hunting with another minor when he was accidentally shot, the sheriff's office said.
The youngster was flown to the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, the sheriff's office said.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is investigating.
