Gazillionaire for a Day

Living the good life doesn't always have to be for those who have a lot of cash. Tonight we get down to business and show you how to be a Palm Beach billionaire for the day. You may not have a lot of money, but we'll show you how you can still rub shoulders with The Donald, Jimmy Buffet or maybe Venus and Serena.

This velvet life style used to only be reserved for the rich and famous, but not anymore. You may not be a high roller, but you sure can act like one, at least for the day. Nothing else screams Palm Beach decadence than your own personal yacht. Here's the secret: no one has to know you don't own it. You can rent it for the day and sometimes even by the hour.

This is the mariner three, built in 1926, this 122 footer can't but help make anyone look stylish and sophisticated, not to mention--Rich.

Sean Kennedy "Well we're in Palm Beach during the winter and New York City in the summer. And it is a lot of fun."

But if being out on the water isn't your thing, then what about looking at the water? Inside your private cabana and, oh yeah, your personal server standing by waiting for your every beckoned call.

You can do it at the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach. It just underwent a 60 million dollar make over. Part of the expansion?? This new pampering treatment on the beach. The best part is you can rent this experience for just one day.

Crissy Poorman "They are overwhelmed by it that they can have this low key experience but still have this lap of luxury environment so they are really happy with it."

If you want to feel like a princess, this is an experience you can't pass up. What do you think about this one? For special occassions jewelers will sometimes bring their bling to you: a private showing for you to choose which one makes you feel best. World famous Graff Jewelers will do it for free, but there is a snag. You're going to be expected to buy some of these rocks and here's a hint: most of them aren't cheap.

Craig Miller "It's just a personal touch that people really do appreciate."

Here's some good advice: don't be afraid to ask for the unusual at nice hotels. Like this, cooking lessons with the chief.  The Ritz doesn't normally offer this, but most fine hotels will do what it takes to make sure your happy. This is Chef David Mullen. He's the man behind the new hip Restaurant Angle. The best part about this experience?? What you learn today can be used tomorrow to impress your friends.

David Mullen / Angle Chef: "You're going to get all the different dishes and all the different techniques that I can present for you."

Champaign is always decadent but now you can have your own champaign facial or you can get this: a flower facial that's almost as pretty as it is relaxing. Spa treatments are a staple for the upper crust, but here's their secret: the more exotic your spa treatment, the more glamorous you're going to feel.

So, even if you can only afford a dingy instead of a yacht, or a lawn chair instead of a cabana,  you're in luck. These days being rich is more about feeling rich and that doesn't have to cost a lot of money.

The key to being a Palm Beach billionaire for the day is not to spend a ton of money but to enjoy the experience. Most can do what we did. You might have to save up because it can be pricy, but everything we showed you is definitely within reach if you're able to splurge to live the good life--even if it is just for the day!
