Fourth arrested in gang rape case

A break in the Dunbar Village gang rape case: A fourth teen is now in custody.

Police say he took part in the gang rape of a mother and torture of her young son at the West Palm Housing Project.

Eighteen-year-old Tommy Poindexter remains behind bars Friday morning. He's now joining three other teens already locked up and charged in the attack.

The horrific attack that caught the nation's attention happened at Dunbar Village in June. DNA evidence helped link the other three teens to this case; police aren't ruling out more arrests.

West Palm Beach mayor, Lois Frankel, says, "It was hideous. We will not stop until everyone who was involved in this crime is arrested and brought to justice."

Police say Poindexter professed his innocence, but that evidence found at the crime scene links him to the case.
