Driver kills man in road rage incident

You're forced off the road and two men come after you with a knife. What do you do next?

Well, a Wellington man says he could do only one thing - pull out his gun. We are now hearing the 9-1-1 call he made right after that road rage incident.

"They be on the ground. Both of them down. I knocked them both. I'm sorry ma'am, I have to defend myself."

A frantic Hygens Labidou calls 9-1-1 just moments after shooting two guys he says came after him during a road rage incident in Deerfield Beach.

Police say Steven Lonzisero and his friend, Edward Borowsky, didn't like the way Labidou was driving, so they forced his truck off the road. "They said (bleeped) get out of the truck - both of them."

And Labidou says they had a knife. Fearing for his life, he resorted to getting his legally permitted pistol out and firing several shots striking both subjects twice. Labidou, who owns impact roofing in Riviera Beach, has a concealed weapons permit, and he used that weapon to shoot the men killing Borowsky.

Interestingly enough, Lozinsero is charged with his friend's death even though he didn't pull the trigger.

Florida law allows for an accomplice in a felony to be charged in the crime even if they don't fire the fatal shot. Lozinsero could also face hate crime charges.
