Federal Aviation Authorities say at least four people died when two private planes collided in midair near Los Angeles.
Authorities say one victim was in a car hit by falling debris. The small Cessnas collided near the Corona Municipal Airport, about 45 miles southeast of Los Angeles, and wreckage rained down on the cars below. One witness told KABC-TV one of the planes "just disintegrated".
