Police searching for suspect in Times Square explosion

Police are hunting for a suspect in New York City after a small explosion early this morning in Times Square.

A man on a bike tossed a small explosive device at the military recruiting station at 43rd Street and Broadway.  NYPD says the explosion caused only minor damage.

Streets in Times Square are now back open and the subways under Times Square are up and running.  A witness says the explosion was loud enough that people at a nearby hotel heard it, and saw a puff of smoke.

Right now this appears to be an isolated incident and there are no reports of injuries.
