Police are searching for the shooter who opened fire at an Orlando water park where hundreds of local high school students were visiting.
Parents in Palm Beach County called the Fox 29 newsroom to say their high school students were on a field trip to Wet 'n Wild when gun fire broke out.
Two brothers from Pompano Beach were hurt: one shot in the leg and another injured in the mouth possibly from rocks.
One student describes, "We were walking to go outside. They started shooting, so everybody started running to us and inside the theme park and stuff like that. And they wouldn't let nobody out, and everybody was screaming and yelling."
"They locked everybody out, so no one could come in and no one could come out," adds another.
Police did find a handgun in one of the bathrooms of one of the buses, but they're still trying to track down the shooter.
After the shooting, buses dropped off kids at several locations throughout our area including the Muvico parking lot in Boynton Beach. Parents said the buses were going to other locations because teens were concerned about, what parents call, retaliation.
