Man dies after shooting at Lake Worth's Fun Depot

LAKE WORTH, FL (WFLX) - The man shot outside Lake Worth's Fun Depot Sunday night has died.

Update, TUE 12:30 PM: Police are still looking for whoever shot and killed a man outside a local arcade. It happened just before 9 p.m. Sunday night at the Fun Depot in Lake Worth.

Investigators say four people who had been at the arcade earlier in the evening ended up outside. fighting.

Twenty-seven-year-old Edner Eustache was shot in the upper chest. He died Monday from those injuries. If you know anything call police.

Previously: A shooting Sunday night outside the Fun Depot in Lake Worth left a man critically injured.

Sheriff's investigators say the shooting occurred near a white dumpster in the parking lot. It happened about 8:40 Sunday evening outside the Fun Depot on 10th Avenue just west of I-95.

The Fun Depot is a video arcade that caters to young people and also has outdoor batting cages.

Sheriff's detectives say four people who had been in the Fun Depot earlier in the evening went outside and were fighting in the parking lot, near a white dumpster. One of the men was shot in the face and upper chest.

And when deputies got there, he was on the ground. "Several witnesses were walking outside when they saw these individuals in this argument, and actually fighting and brawling. Someone somehow produced a firearm, and they heard shots ring. The witnesses that we have started running back towards the Fun Depot, and they reported some cars speeding away right after the incident," said Capt. Rolando Silva of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

Four people took part in this fight in the parking lot including the man who was shot. He was hit by a number of shots in the upper chest. He's described as a black male adult. He was rushed to Delray Medical Center where, at last report, he was in surgery in critical condition.

Investigators say they have no indication right now what the guys were arguing about that led to the shooting. They say they have no evidence that this incident is gang-related.
