MIAMI (AP) - Baltimore advanced in the NFL playoffs with a 27-9 win over the Dolphins in Miami.

UPDATE, SUN 9 PM: After tying the contest at 3-3 in the first quarter, the Ravens scored the next 17 points to take command behind their signature defense. The big play was a 64-yard interception return for a touchdown by Ed Reed in the second quarter.

Ravens' rookie quarterback Joe Flacco ran for a score and completed 9 of 23 passes for 135 yards. He had no interceptions.

Miami's Chad Pennington was 25 of 38 for 252 yards with four interceptions and one touchdown.

Update, FRI 3:30 PM: The Miami Dolphins Wild Card Playoff game this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens at Dolphin Stadium is sold out.

"We really appreciate the support of our fans," said Dolphins Head Coach Tony Sparano. "They have been great all year and they certainly played a critical role in our success at home in the latter part of the season. We're looking forward to getting that same type of support on Sunday."

Sunday's game is being televised by our sister station, WPEC (Channel 12) starting at 1 PM.

A limited number of club seats and suites are still available for Sunday's game. To purchase these tickets, call (305) 623-6200 or email clubtix@dolphinstadium.com.

Previously: It's something fans haven't seen since 2001, the Miami Dolphins are going to the playoffs! And fans are doing whatever it takes to make sure they don't miss the big event.

Too excited to sleep, these 'Dol-Fans' brought their chairs to the stadium before 8 p.m. Sunday night to be the first in line for tickets. "We were definitely here before any one else. It pays off," said Zach McDonald.

One couple showed up at 1 in the morning - tent and all. Anna Ayala confessed, "I actually got two hours of sleep. [I] can't wait for this weekend."

They're not alone, hours before the ticket office at Dolphin Stadium opened, there were at least 100 people in line hoping to get a good seat.

When the box office opened at 9 a.m. Monday, most of those waiting in line were happy with the tickets they were able to get. But some, were disappointed.

With no limit to the amount of tickets one person could buy, the lower bowl seats were snapped up within the first 15 minutes by those in line and online.

"Row 2, section 425. Pretty good seats," said one happy ticket buyer.

"[I] just happened to get behind the wrong person," claimed a man standing behind one buyer who purchased multiple tickets.

Still, others looked on the bright side. "It was $186. He's just happy the Dolphins are in the playoffs," said a woman who bought tickets for her son.

If you were hoping to get tickets, they are going fast.

The Dolphins just sent us a release saying only club seats and suites are left. But, we searched Ticketmaster and were able to find some lower level seats still available.
