WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - Saturday night, people celebrated in the streets of West Palm Beach. Business cheered too, since the party was in a way a toast to a "Clematis Street Comeback."

Dr. Feel Good's opened one year ago. Friday night it was an anniversary party with a free concert by Vince Neil, formerly of Montley Crew.

Since it's opening last year, the bar/restaurant has brought life back to Downtown West Palm Beach.

Several other bars, restaurants and shops opened as well. Restaurant owners say a lot has changed in just one year. Cleve Mash, part owner of Dr. Feel Good's, says, "With that publicity brought a lot of awareness to the downtown, other people have joined in and created that synergy and complex for Clematis Street."

Nunzio Billante, Executive Chef of Rocco's Tacos says, "It's given a lot of people a lot more opportunities in jobs down here and it's really come back to life. It's restaurant row, it's party time down here, it's really good."

Dr. Feel Good's expected more than 3,000 people to show up for the concert.
