Owner Michelle Marton opened six years ago and offers classes from belly dancing to aerial yoga to Kangoo Jumps.

If this will be your first time Kangooing, please arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled class and wear tube socks. Kangoo Jumps are the result of 15 years of product development and research. All studies that have been conducted support their many health & fitness benefits. They are safe, comfortable, very stable and easy to use by people of all ages, from 6 to 90+
Rebounding is an exercise that reduces your body fat; firms your arms, legs, thighs, abdomen, and hips; increases your agility; strengthens your muscles overall; provides an aerobic effect for your heart; rejuvenates your body when it's tired, and generally puts you in a state of health and fitness. Class consists of choreographed routines indoors or outdoor run.
Per class $20 online, walk-in $25 cash only. Included in some of our monthly packages.
What you will need for this class: Tube socks, supportive bra for the ladies and water!
Pole Class include warm-up, different choreographed routine with pole spins, pole tricks, transitions and floor work. Class is geared to students from beginner to advanced levels.
Pre-requisite - Introductory Pole Class must be completed before attending this class - see schedule. Minimum of 5 participants required to conduct class. If cancelled due to low sign ups you will be notified by email.
Per class $25 online, walk-in $30 cash only. This class is included in some of our monthly packages, like Pole Paradise or our Bronze, Silver and Gold memberships.
There is a strict 4 hour online cancellation policy. Failure to cancel any reservation within 4 hours of the start time will result in a loss of that reservation and/or a "$10 No Show Charge" for clients on memberships - NO EXCEPTIONS
