WEST PALM BEACH, FL (WFLX) - The lead investigator in the crash that killed Scott Wilson is expected to be on the stand for most of Friday.
Friday morning, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office lead traffic investigator Troy Snelgrove explained his experience to the jury in the John Goodman retrial and under what circumstances his unit is called out.
Snelgrove is expected to go into detail about the circumstances of the 2010 crash.
Also Friday morning, the debate over how to handle the missing Bentley was discussed.
Lawyers discussed how Snelgrove should explain where the Bentley is to the jury.
The State Attorney's Office released the Bentley "prematurely" according to the judge.
The car was released from evidence after the first trial, but before the appeal.
The jury is not allowed to know this is a retrial.
