Clematis stabber charged with attempted murder

Police have charged 23-year-old Chad S. Bailey with attempted murder.
Police say he stabbed a female victim in her neck outside of Sushi Yama on Clematis Street last night in West Palm Beach. A West Palm Beach police spokesman says the investigation revealed the attack was unprovoked.
Bailey is being held without bond at the Palm Beach County Jail.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and she is in a stable condition.
