Memorial ride for gunned down officer

Hundreds of people are signing up to take part in a memorial ride honoring slain Sheriff's Deputy Chris Reyka. Thursday was sign-up day at John Prince Park in Lake Worth for the "Ride for Reyka".

It will take place March 29. It's a fundraiser for Broward County Sheriff's Deputy Chris Reyka of Wellington who was gunned down outside of a Pompano Beach Walgreens on August 10, 2007. His murder has never been solved.

Already, more than 1,200 people have signed up for the ride for Reyka. It will begin at the Walgreens where Reyka was killed and will end at the Police Hall of Fame in Titusville.
