PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (WFLX) - It may sound like a crazy idea: Sell your house and yourself. But, that's what a single mom is doing in our area.

UPDATE: Since, we first told you about Deven Traboscia Wednesday night, she's received hundreds of e-mails from people around the world.

You can buy a Palm Beach Gardens house for half a million. You get 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a gated community, and, possibly, a divorced mother of two. "I just believe I did it for the right reasons. I did it to find my true love."

Deven put the ad online focusing on trying to find a European lover and a buyer for her home. "I've always had an interest in living in Europe, but, then again, I have a house to sell."

That problem led to the online solution, and the unique sales pitch. An ad that is getting world wide attention. So far, about 500 responses have come into her inbox!

A 30 year old from England writes, "This is a cheeky ad; I want to know more."

But, it's Claudio from Italy who may get the first face-to-face meeting. "We want to meet as soon as possible to see if there really is that connection which I hope there is."

But what about Deven's daughters and her family? "I was a little surprised she did that, but I'm happy for her, and I hope she finds what she is looking for."

Her online ad says "Marry a princess lost in America." But Devon is being selective. "I am a smart lady. I'm not so naive to think your Prince Charming isn't Ted Bundy, so you have to be careful."

She's also hopeful that one of her hundreds of emails could lead to her knight in shining armor or least just a buyer for her house!

Deven says she may even go as far as doing a criminal check on anyone she meets.

We did one on here, and she has faced some charges in the past. All of them have been dropped, so she is ready and willing to finally find that Prince Charming.

PREVIOUSLY: You know it's tough to sell a house these days, but how far are you willing to go to find a buyer?

A Palm Beach Gardens woman is not only trying to attract a buyer, she's looking for a husband. She's using the Web site Craigslist as a way to sell her four-bedroom, 2,000 square foot home and herself.

She wants the buyer to become a potential husband!

In fact, the headline reads: "Marry a Princess Lost in America. Create the Magic with this Fairy Tale Princess".

The pictures are posted with the ad. We talked to her Wednesday, and she is getting some response.
