“I feel, as the Mayor of Kenton, I should update everyone about this horrific event that occurred this afternoon. There are two children deceased and the mother of these children is in serious condition at a hospital. I will not go into details due to the ongoing investigation, but it is a crime scene that my officers of KPD, as well as other first responders, will never be able to forget. A decision was made to bring in the TBI to investigate these homicides. Please pray for all involved and remember God has wrapped his loving arms around those children and they will never be harmed again. All inquiries should be directed to the TBI.”
